Yard South is a community building effort.

PK Realty Management, LLC (PKRM), and by extension Yard South, grew out of the desire to invest in the future of Richard Packard’s home state, and to re-establish family roots.

PKRM was established in 2016 to manage properties in Maine owned by two families and long-time friends, the Packards and the Krinskys. The company is led by Richard Packard's children, Jen and David Packard. PKRM manages 20 mixed-use, residential, commercial, and industrial properties across Portland, South Portland, and Scarborough.

In addition to managing and renovating properties, PKRM is the owner's representative for the land development of Yard South. PKRM's development team will establish the sustainability and design guidelines that residential, commercial, and industrial developers will work within.

Future building development will happen in a number of ways with partners who share our development vision.
